We understand that travel plans can change, especially when visiting remote islands. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible.

Note: If no advance payment was made, no cancellation charge is collected for cancellations more than 12 hours in advance. For cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows, the full trip fare becomes payable.

Important: The cancellation time is calculated from the moment we receive and confirm your cancellation request, not from when you send the message. Please ensure you receive a confirmation from us.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired UPI ID), we will coordinate with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

You will receive a WhatsApp message or call confirming the refund has been initiated. If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days, please contact us immediately.

If you need to change your booking (date, time, pickup location, or vehicle type) rather than cancel it:

6. Special Circumstances

Ferry Cancellations

If your inter-island ferry is cancelled by the port authority and you cannot reach your destination, any cab booking for that leg will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no extra charge.

Flight Delays and Cancellations

If your flight to/from Port Blair is delayed or cancelled by the airline, please inform us as soon as possible. We will hold your cab booking and reschedule at no extra charge where the delay is confirmed by the airline.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a genuine medical emergency, we will handle cancellations with empathy and flexibility on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly with details.

7. No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as a passenger who does not arrive at the agreed pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice. In a no-show situation:
